Are you insured?
Yes, Paw & Bark is insured and protected by Protectivity, a specialist canine business insurance.
Do I need to be home on collection and/or drop off?
No you do not need to be home, we hold keys for our clients or use their key safes. We are insured to hold client keys and these are always kept securely.
I have a nervous/reactive dog, can you still walk them?
Of course! We offer solo walks for this particular reason, so your dog(s) can have special 1-1 care, we can also introduce to group walks to make room for improving socialisation (if appropriate).
Will my dog(s) be retuned dirty?
I endeavour to return your dog(s) clean after every single walk, although complete dryness cannot be guaranteed.
When happens if the weather is bad?
We walk in all winds and weathers, rain or shine! In circumstances of extreme weather such as snow, storms or heat walks may be cancelled as per our Terms & Conditions.
Can you take bitches in season?
No, unfortunately we are unable to walk bitches (female dogs) when they are in season. We do still offer our Visiting Services for this time.
Will my dog(s) be under supervision at all times?
Absolutely. Our furry friends are under constant supervision.
Do I pay for walks up front?
Yes, our services are all booked online which payment is required to secure the booking. Specific terms for payments and cancellation is set out in your Terms & conditions.

Yes, I have Level 3 Advanced VTQ Canine First Aid with ProTrainings
